press accreditation

To obtain press accreditation, send a written letter to Olga Kotova, PR Director, by fax or email:

The letter should contain the following information:

Name of the event/conference for which accreditation is required
Title of the publication, TV/radio station, website
Name of journalist
Job title
Phone number
Fax
E-mail
Website (if any)

Accredited journalists can visit the exhibition/conference on any day, and receive a name badge, promotional materials for the event, and access to the Internet.

Accreditation is granted subject to mandatory publication/TV coverage etc, with mention of the name of the exhibition and its organiser, ITE.

Accredited journalists must provide ITE with copies of published materials/broadcast TV footage about the exhibition/conference.

Accredited journalists who do not cover the exhibition/conference may be denied accreditation for future events.

Accreditation does not apply to employees of advertising and other commercial departments
