Dear Exhibitor,

We are pleased to welcome you to Dairy and Meat Industry 2012.

ITE LLC Moscow and the organising committee of the event will make every effort to ensure that your participation is as effective as possible.

The Exhibitor Manual contains important information and application forms for additional services.

The manual consists of three parts.

• Marketing Manual - in this part you will find information about advertising in the official catalogue, passes and exhibitor badges, participation in the gala reception, advertising opportunities on the exhibition website, advertising structures in Pavilion 75 of the All-Russian Exhibition Centre (VVC), advertising in the exhibition guide and sponsorship opportunities.

• Technical Manual - in this part you will find information on the technical preparations for participation in the exhibition (stand set-up/dismantling dates, rules for delivering/removing exhibits and equipment, rules for construction work, fire safety regulations and other general information), and be able to order electricity, additional equipment and services.

• Catalogue entry form

  The official exhibition catalogue is a publication containing a list of all the exhibitors with their contact information and a description of their activities.  The catalogue also contains a list of companies by exhibition sector and product category, and advertising from exhibitors and media partners.  The catalogue is 145x210mm, full colour, and in English and Russian.  It is issued to exhibitors and is available for visitors to purchase.  A catalogue entry is included in the registration fee.  The information for the catalogue is entered electronically on a special form.  Please read the instructions on how to fill in the form.  The exhibitor entry appears in the catalogue in English and Russian (max. 400 characters in each language).
  The deadline for submitting information for the catalogue is 31 January 2012.
  
  The organisers cannot guarantee the inclusion in the catalogue of entries received after this date.
